Saint Francis University

The four Schools at Saint Francis University offer multiple Undergraduate Fellowship opportunities for those highly capable, intellectually curious students interested in taking a more active role in their educational, personal, and spiritual development throughout their campus career.

In addition to the monetary award, fellowship recipients will be afforded the opportunity to gain valuable experience within their prospective field of study. These opportunities include but are not limited to:

• Involvement in research and hands-on, interactive projects with department faculty
• Presentation of research at regional and national conferences
• Tutoring and mentoring peers within their respective fields
• Active participation and leadership roles in clubs and organizations related to their field of study
• Participation in respective departmental community service efforts
•  A complete Undergraduate Fellowship application includes:
  • A paper application
  • OR an online application
  • Letter of recommendation unique to the Undergraduate Fellowship. Letters of recommendation submitted in the application for admission to Saint Francis University will NOT be accepted.
  • If the interested student is a chosen finalist the department will send more information, as well as a Contract that both the student and the department chair need to sign.
  • All Fellowship materials, (paper application, unique letter of recommendation specific to the fellowship, and signed contracts) must be submitted by May 1^st to: Saint Francis University, Office of Admissions, ATTN: Angela Landrin, P.O. Box 600, Loretto, PA 15940
