 Saint Francis University Application

The Common Application

The Office of Admissions encourages students to submit their completed application as soon as possible in their senior year. To be considered for the following fall semester, your application should be filed no later than June 1.

Saint Francis University admits students on a rolling basis. Students will be notified of an admissions decision approximately three to five weeks after the completed application is submitted. The Physician Assistant, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy majors have a January 15 application deadline.

To be considered for admission a student must submit the following:

The completed application form including the $30.00 application fee.

Candidates must submit an official high school transcript showing completion of at least 16 academic units of work.

Candidates must submit scores from the SAT I or the ACT. Candidates are encouraged to submit these results directly from the testing agency.
SAT Code: 2797
ACT Code: 3682

Candidates are required to submit at least one letter of recommendation.

An essay is required to be considered for admission. Please refer to the Saint Francis University application for essay options.

PLEASE NOTE: In March 2005 the SAT I started to include an essay section. Currently there are no statistics available for the range of scores for admitted students who have taken the new SAT. Saint Francis University will continue to use only the Math and Critical Reading (Verbal) scores for admission and scholarship consideration. The admissions committee at Saint Francis will review the SAT essay and include it in the student's application file. This essay will not replace the essay currently required in the Saint Francis University Application.
