HEALTH TIP #1 REMEMBER TO FLOSS!
Most Americans brush their teeth daily but nearly half do not floss. Flossing helps prevent gum disease, a major cause of tooth loss, as well as other serious health problems. To massage your gums and remove plaque and food particles caught between teeth, floss daily. The result will be healthy teeth and gums and a radiant smile.

HEALTH TIP #2 IS IT ALLERGIES OR THE FLU?
Think you
have a cold? You might not. Fall is a notorious time for allergies to
kick into full gear. If you have symptoms of sneezing, itchy and watery
eyes, sore throat, or cough, you might have allergies. If
over-the-counter remedies do not work, stop by the Student Health
Center or see your doctor to determine if allergies might be getting to
you too!
