We are excited for you to try our food that is alive with flavor and nutrition, prepared from scratch, using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients! The fresh ingredients we talk about and use are supplied through FarmSource our Farm-to-Fork practice. Our Gold Standards are the way we live. The Food Gold Standards is a list of what we do or buy to provide you with the exceptional culinary experience that we pride ourselves in.
We care about each other and our world. The footprint we leave for today will change how we live tomorrow. Our EcoSteps is designed to reduce and reuse that footprint. Our EcoSteps are “Our Steps to Sustainability”. To continually expand our role as a socially responsible university while providing exceptional hospitality to all of our guests.
